Xavier S. Terry

Mr. Xavier S. Terry, 34, of Clarksville, VA entered eternal rest on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at Duke University Hospital, Durham, NC.

Mr. Terry was born on December 29, 1988 in Hampton, VA to Danette Terry and William Howard Olds, Jr. Mr. Terry was a former manager of Hardee’s in Clarksville, VA. He was a Marvel Comics Spiderman fan, and he loved to joke around. Xavier never failed to put a smile on people's faces and brighten up their days. Even in the most challenging situations, he remained positive and hopeful. His genuine nature drew people to him, and he was the life of the party. He will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his two children, Xz’Nariah Anise Marie Martin and Jekaryous Aman Martin; his parents, Danette Terry and William Harold Olds, Jr.; one brother, Mario Terry; three sisters, Temicca Terry, Kayunda Terry and Zaquita T. Bragg; brother-in-law, Shaun Bragg; numerous nieces and nephews; his aunts, uncles, and many cousins, and a vast number of other caring friends.

Funeral services for Mr. Xavier S. Terry will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Saturday, June 24, 2023 at the chapel of C. H. Harris Funeral Home, Buffalo Junction, VA with Rev. James W. Lester, officiating. Interment will be private. Public viewing will begin on Saturday from 1:00 P.M. until 1:45 P.M.
