William Marshall Nelson

Mr. William Marshall Nelson (Chigga), 71, of Clarksville, VA entered eternal rest on Friday, March 25, 2022 at Clarksville Health and Rehab. Mr. Nelson was born in Mecklenburg County, VA on July 29, 1950 to the late Amanda and Roscoe Nelson. He attended the public schools of Mecklenburg County, VA, and worked various jobs throughout his lifetime. He loved to dance, sing, and make you laugh. In addition to his parents, Mr. Nelson was preceded in death by his daughter, Kimberly Nelson, and two brothers, Daniel and Will Stanley Nelson. He leaves to cherish his loving memory a daughter, Marsheia Kyles (Michael) of Hackensack, NJ; son, Keon of Plantation, FL; six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Ronald Nelson (Deloris) and Gilbert Nelson both of Clarksville, VA; sister, Helen Johnson of Alexandria, VA, three sisters-in-law, and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. Funeral services for Mr. William Marshall Nelson will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Saturday, April 2, 2022 at the chapel of C. H. Harris Funeral Home, Buffalo Junction, VA with Elder Kenyatta Evans officiating. Burial will follow in the Nelson Family Cemetery in Clarksville, VA. Public viewing for family and friends will be held on Friday from 2:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. A mask is required for all viewings and services. Arrangements are by C. H.
