William Alfred Taylor

Mr. William Alfred Taylor, 53, of Chase City, VA entered into eternal rest on September 27, 2006 at Chase City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Chase City, VA. Mr. Taylor was born in Charlotte County March 7, 1953 to the late William and Rachel Taylor.  He attended the schools of Charlotte County, VA.  He worked in road construction, and was a former employee of Talbot – Marks Construction Company.  Cherishing his memories are one son Stacey Jeffress of Red Oak, VA; five sisters, Alice Taylor and Avon Taylor of Chase City, VA, Earnestine Taylor of Clarksville, VA, Josephine Taylor of Keysville, VA and Linda Taylor of Skipwith, VA; two brothers, Michael Taylor and George Taylor, both of Chase City, VA; one brother-in-law and vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends.   Graveside funeral services for Mr. William Alfred Taylor will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Monday, October 2, 2006 at Bluestone Baptist Church Cemetery, Highway 49, Chase City, VA.  Arrangements are by Giles-Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1304 North Main Street, Chase City, VA.
