Wilfred L. Liggon

Mr. Wilfred L. Liggon, 40, of Chase City, VA entered eternal rest on Tuesday, December 26, 2017. Mr. Liggon was born in South Boston, VA on November 21, 1977 to William L. Liggon, Sr. and Carolyn H. Liggon. He was a 1995 graduate of Bluestone Senior High School, Skipwith, VA and a member of Wharton Memorial Baptist Church, Nelson, VA. Mr. Liggon was previously employed by Russell Stover Candies and F-A Automotive Parts. Mr. Liggon was preceded in death by one brother, Glenn Alexander Liggon. Cherishing his memories are his daughter, Ka’Naija Liggon; his parents, William L. Liggon, Sr. and Carolyn H. Liggon; brother, William L. Liggon, Jr. (Tracie); devoted uncle, Sam Bouldin; his devoted “Pa”, James Speede; devoted friends, Tameka Stewart and Michelle Bouldin, and a vast number of other loving aunts, uncles, cousins and caring friends. Funeral services for Mr. Wilfred L. Liggon will be conducted 3:00 P.M., Sunday, December 31, 2017 at Wharton Memorial Baptist Church, Nelson, VA with Rev. Dr. James A. Hudson officiating. Burial will follow in Wharton Memorial Garden. Public viewing will be held on Saturday from 10:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. Arrangements are by Giles-Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Chase City, VA.
