Tyler Wesley Toone

Master Tyler Wesley Toone, 4 of Chester, VA entered eternal rest Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at MCV/VCU Hospital, Richmond, VA. Tyler was born on November 11, 2006 in Baltimore, MD to Roger Wesley Toone Jr. and Erika Colette Hall Toone. Tyler filled his home with love and laughter. He was always a happy child that learned to be camera ready, always putting on his best smile whenever a camera was present. It was very common to see him with his favorites, Spiderman, Superman, his trains, his dogs Precious and Dolche, and his favorite stuffed bear "Buddy". Tyler loved music/dance and was an honorary musician of the Israel Missionary Baptist Church for which he played his guitar beside his father every Sunday. Cherishing his memories are his parents, Roger Wesley Jr. and Erika Colette Toone, one brother, Tavaris Logan, two sisters, Sara Lyons and Destiny Toone, paternal grandparents Roger and Yvonne Toone, maternal grandparents, Brian and Elise Hall; three uncles Ronell Toone, Aubrey Toone, and Brian C. Hall II; one aunt, Shanell Toone-Barney (Greg); two very special cousins Amare and Lil Kenny and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. Funeral services for Master Tyler Wesley Toone will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Saturday, September 3, 2011 at Calvary Baptist Church, Victoria, VA. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday morning from 10:00 A.M. until service time at the church. Arrangements are by Giles-Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Chase City, VA.
