Thomas Lee Bacon

Mr. Thomas Lee Bacon, 57, of Baltimore, MD entered eternal rest on Monday, May 7, 2007 at Union Memorial Hospital, Baltimore, MD. Mr. Bacon was born in Chase City, VA January 21, 1950 to Drewry T. and Anna Lee Tisdale Bacon. He received his education in the Mecklenburg County Public Schools System and was a member of First Baptist Church, Wylliesburg, VA. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served in Vietnam. Cherishing his memories are his parents, Drewry and Anna Lee Bacon of Chase City, VA; three sisters, Helen Hill (Kenneth), Anna Gayles (Anthony) all of Chase City, VA and Betty Duncan (Richard) of Richmond, VA; one brother, Larry Bacon (Joyce) of Clarksville, VA; one sister-in-law, Clara Bacon of Clarksville, VA; four aunts, eights uncles and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. Mr. Bacon was preceded in death by two brothers, Tyree and Conrey. Funeral services for Mr. Thomas Lee Bacon will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Saturday, May 12, 2007 at the chapel of Giles-Harris Funeral Home, Chase City, VA with Rev. Opie Terrell, officiating. Burial will follow in Ivy Hill Cemetery, Chase City, VA.
