Shelby Estelle Price

Shelby Estelle Price, 86, of Baltimore, MD entered eternal rest Thursday, March 24, 2011 at Harbor Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Mrs. Shelby Price was born July 14, 1923 to the late Robert James and Estelle Wren Watkins in Lunenburg County Virginia.  Mrs. Price received her education in Lunenburg schools. After moving to Baltimore, Mrs. Price became a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church where she served on the Pastor’s Aide and a member of the Adult Sunday school.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Price was preceded in death by her husband William G. Price. Cherishing her memories are a son, Robert William Price (Clarissa); granddaughter, Carmen Price-Bullock (Alex); three great grandchildren, Nicolas, Justin and Kelly Bullock; nieces, nephews, cousins and a vast  number of other loving relatives and friends. Funeral services for Mrs. Shelby Estelle Price were held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, April 2, 2011 at Calvary Baptist Church, Victoria, VA with Rev. Charles Allen officiating.  Burial followed in the church cemetery.  Arrangements are by Giles-Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Chase City, VA.
