Sadie Smith Ainsley

Mrs. Sadie Smith Ainsley, 65, of Chase City, VA entered eternal rest Sunday July 8, 2012 at Community Memorial Healthcenter, South Hill, VA Mrs. Ainsley was born in Skipwith, VA February 7, 1947 to the late Jiles Smith and Mable O. Smith. She was a graduate of Central High School, Charlotte Court House, VA. and recently retired as a packer from Nipro Glass. She was a member of Saint Luke Baptist Church, Skipwith, VA. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Marjorie Wilson, Rozell Kanard and Mable Smith; and one brother, Clyde Smith. Cherishing her memories are her husband, Norman Ainsley; mother, Mrs. Mable O. Smith of Saxe, VA; one sister, Beatrice L. Smith of Saxe, VA; one brother, Jiles Ray Smith of Randolph, VA; one brother-in-law, Clover Wilson and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. Funeral services for Mrs. Sadie Smith Ainsley will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at the chapel of Giles-Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Chase City, VA with burial following in Saint Luke Baptist Church Cemetery, Skipwith, VA. Viewing for Mrs. Ainsley will be Tuesday from 10:00 A.M. until 7:00 P.M. Arrangements are by Giles-Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Chase City, VA.
