Ms. Rosa Lee Dailey Skipper, 79, of Red Oak, VA entered eternal rest on Sunday, January 2, 2022 in Richmond, VA. Ms. Skipper was born in Charlotte County, VA on April 28, 1942 to the late Bylinder and Nannie Edmonds Dailey. She received her education in the Charlotte County Public Schools, and was a former employee of Russel Stover Candies in Clarksville, VA. In addition to her parents, Ms. Skipper was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Sadé, and many of her siblings. She leaves to cherish her loving memory three sons, Mack Skipper and Albert Skipper both of Keysville, VA and Reggie Redd of Red Oak, VA; four daughters, Rosa Taylor of Wilkes Barre, PA, Mattie Currin (Ross) of Saxe, VA, Susan Boyd of Red Oak, VA and Deborah Skipper of Drakes Branch, VA; nine grandchildren, Shaun, Dominique, Tammy, Sable, Roszetta, Christopher, Jayland, Charliyah and Ryan; five great-grandchildren, Dillon, Della, Dax, Nevaeh and Gavin; two brothers, Howard Dailey of Keysville, VA and Norris Dailey (Ruth) of Red Oak, VA; two sisters, Lorraine Brown of Hopewell, VA and Barbara Staten (James) of Richmond, VA; godchild, Irma Dailey of Red Oak, VA, and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. Graveside services for Ms. Rosa Lee Dailey Skipper will be conducted 12:00 Noon on Thursday, January 6, 2022 at Rocky Branch Baptist Church Cemetery, Red Oak, VA with Rev. Phillip Staten officiating. Public viewing will be held on Wednesday from 2:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. Mask are required to be worn for all viewings and services. Arrangements are by Giles-Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Chase City, VA.
