Rosa B. Henry

Ms. Rosa B. Henry, 89, of Philadelphia, PA, entered eternal rest on February 24, 2022 in Piscataway, NJ. Ms. Henry was born January 11, 1933 to the late Edward and Gracie Gregory-Price. She attended school in Mecklenburg County, VA, and then Virginia State University in Petersburg, VA. In addition to her parents, Ms. Henry was preceded in death by her step-father, Chester Price, and her siblings, Lillie B. Wright, Ardell Small, Annie B. Smith, Edward Gregory and Robert L. Gregory. Left to cherish her memories are her sisters, Estelle Richards and Grace D. Brown; sisters-in-law, Wilhelmina Gregory and Carrie Gregory, and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. Graveside services for Ms. Rosa B. Henry will be conducted 2:30 P.M. Saturday, March 5, 2022 at Rocky Mount Baptist Church Cemetery, Skipwith, VA with Rev. Dennis King officiating. Arrangements are by Giles-Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Chase City, VA.
