Romulus Carlyse Robinson

Mr. Romulus Carlyse Robinson, 81, of Victoria, VA entered eternal rest on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 in Richmond, VA.

Mr. Robinson, known to many as “RC”, was born October 12, 1941 in Fort Mitchell, VA to the late Lauman and Earnestine Robinson. At an early age he was baptized at Mt. Mitchell Baptist Church where he remained a lifetime member. After graduation Carlyse worked at ConBro in New York, Huss, Yellow Freight, and Richmond Transit. Later in life, he owned his own business, County Line Trucking. Mr. Robinson loved his family and always helped others. He enjoyed blues music, the Washington Redskins, NY Jets and NY Mets.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Robinson was preceded in death by his brother, Wilfred Everett “Bo” Robinson.

He leaves to cherish his memory two daughters, Cordelia Willard of Toledo, OH and Lisa Robinson of Charleston, WV; three sons, Carl Robinson of NC, Corey and Eric Robinson both of Richmond, VA; ten grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; two sisters, Wilma Robinson and Norma Jean Robinson both of New York City; two brothers, Jerry and Roscoe Robinson both of Fort Mitchell, VA, and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends.

Public viewing from Mr. RC Robinson will be held on Monday, November 7, 2022 from 10:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M.
