Robert Lee Harris

Mr. Robert Lee Harris, 82, of Red Oak, VA and formerly of Arlington, VA entered eternal rest Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2006 at his residence. Mr. Harris was born in Charlotte County, VA July 31, 1924 to the late Leslie and Eva Snead Harris. He attended the Charlotte County Schools and was a member of Saint Level Baptist Church. Mr. Harris was a retired employee of Arlington County. Cherishing his memory is a loving and devoted wife, Bernice M. Harris of Red Oak, VA; three children, Linwood of Baltimore, MD, Linda and Robert Jr. both of Arlington, VA; his beloved dog Rock; five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, one niece, two nephews one daughter-in-law and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. Funeral services for Mr. Robert L. Harris will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Saturday, Dec. 30, 2006 at Saint Level Baptist Church, Clarksville, VA with Rev. Toney Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Arrangements are by C.H. Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 216 4th street, Clarksville, VA.
