Robert D. Howerin

Mr. Robert D. Howerin, 71, of Boydton, VA entered eternal rest on Monday, January 8, 2018 at his residence. Mr. Howerin was born in Washington, NC to the late James and Mildred Lucille Thomas Howerin. He attended the schools of Beaufort County, NC and furthered his education at Old Dominion University, earning a Bachelor of Arts. He was a member of Boydton United Methodist Church, Boydton, VA and a retired salesman. Mr. Howerin was a veteran of the US Marine Corps. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Mary A. McAuslan Howerin of Boydton, VA; one brother, Jimmy Howerin of Virginia Beach, VA; one sister, Emily Newcomb of Boydton, VA and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. A memorial service for Mr. Robert D. Howerin will be conducted 3:00 P.M., Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Boydton United Methodist Church, Boydton, VA with Pastor Nona Allen, officiating. Arrangements are by C. H. Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Clarksville, VA.
