Queen Ester Terry

Mrs. Queen Ester Terry, 71, of Buffalo Junction, VA died Friday, February 22, 2019 at her residence. Mrs. Terry was born in Mecklenburg County, VA April 4, 1947 to the late Clarence Ransom and Sadie Lee Small. She attended the schools of Mecklenburg County, VA, and was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Clarksville congregation. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Terry was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Lee Terry, Sr.,and three sons, Willie Deago Small, Donald Lee Terry, Jr. and Norman Terry. She is survived by her son, Carroll Jermaine Terry (Nicole) of Buffalo Junction, VA; her daughter, Sophia Alice Greene (Perry) of Chase City, VA; eight grandchildren; sister, Tenia McBee of Nelson, VA; two brothers, James Small (Shirley) and Ronnie Marrow (Nikki) all of Nelson, VA, and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. A memorial service will be held 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Clarksville, VA with Brother Vincent Meade delivering the discourse. Arrangements are by C.H. Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Clarksville, VA.
