Peter Hargrove

Mr. Peter Hargrove, 86, of Richmond, VA and formerly of Chase City, VA entered eternal rest Monday, February 1, 2021 at Bon Secours Memorial Regional Hospital, Mechanicsville, VA. Mr. Hargrove was born in Chase City, VA August 20, 1934. He attended historic Thyne Institute in Chase City, VA and was a retired long distance truck driver. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Rachel Dailey Hargrove of Richmond, VA; one son, Kevin Hargrove of New York, NY; one grandchild; a sister, Mary Monzon of Lancaster, PA; devoted niece Sophia Johnson of Richmond, VA and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. A private graveside service was held Thursday, February 4, 2021. Arrangements are by Giles-Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Chase City, VA.
