Miss Mshari Rochelle Russell, 23, of Chase City, VA entered eternal rest Wednesday, August 1, 2012 in Columbia, SC. Miss Russell was born in South Boston, VA January 7, 1989 to the parentage of Sophia Russell and Rodney Boyd. Mshari was a 2007 graduate of Bluestone Senior High School, she obtained her CNA license while in high school. Upon graduating she attended Southside Community College majoring in Nursing. She was employed by AmeriCare Plus and was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church, Chase City, VA. Cherishing her memories are two son, A’zari and Lazarius Carden, her mother, Sophia Pointer (Allen); her father, Rodney Boyd all of Chase City, VA; two sisters, Ebony Walker and Alycia Pointer of Chase City, VA; one brother, Aaron Pointer of Chase City, VA; maternal grandmother, Caroln Russell of Chase City, VA; paternal grandparents, Angie Boyd of Lacrossse, VA and Jackie Boyd of Washington, DC; great-grandmother, Mary Salley of Chase City, VA; four aunts, five uncles and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. A memorial service for Miss Mshari Rochelle Russell will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Saturday, August 18, 2012 at the chapel of Giles-Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Chase City, VA .
