Michael Alvin Morris Sr.

Mr. Michael Alvin Morris Sr., 46 of Baltimore, MD entered eternal rest Friday, May 16, 2008.  Mr. Morris was born in Baltimore, MD January 23, 1962 to the late Raymond and Marjorie B. Morris. He received his education in the Baltimore City Schools. He later attended the Airco Technical School where he learned the trade of welding. He was employed by Bethlehem Steel for 15 years and other various ship yards.  Michael was preceded in death by his brother, Raymond Morris.  Cherishing his memories are five sons, Michael Jr., Anthony, Sean, Marlon and Malik Morris; his life partner Tamey Rich, the entire Rich family and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends.  A graveside service for Mr. Michael Alvin Morris Sr. will be conducted 3:30 P.M. Saturday, May 24, 2008 at Mount Mitchell Baptist Church Cemetery, Fort Mitchell, VA.  Arrangements are by Giles-Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1304 North Main Street, Chase City, VA.
