May Williard Pamplin

Mrs. May Williard Pamplin, 89, of South Hill, VA and formerly of Chase City, VA entered eternal rest Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2007 at Community Memorial Healthcenter, South Hill, VA.Mrs. Pamplin was born in Lenoir, NC, April 15, 1918 to the late David Henry and Sarah Thomas Kincaid. She attended Beauty College and was a self employed beautician. She was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church, Chase City, VA. Mrs. Pamplin was preceded in death by her husband Charlie E. Pamplin, six sisters and two brothers.Cherishing her memories is a niece/caring adopted daughter, Evangelist Dorothy Ogburn and husband Deforest of South Hill, VA and a host of other loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.Funeral servcies for Mrs. May Williard Pamplin will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Monday, Nov. 26, 2007 at Bethlehem Baptist Church, Chase City, VA with Rev. Robert Winfree, officiating. Burial will follow in Thyne Memorial Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Chase City, VA.Arrangements are by Giles-Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1304 North Main St. Chase City, VA.
