Mary Louise Henderson

Ms. Mary Louise Henderson, 59, of Arlington, VA and formerly of Boydton, VA entered eternal rest Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at her residence. Ms. Henderson was born May 28, 1954 to the late Thomas and Susie Terry Henderson.  She attended the schools of Mecklenburg County, VA and at an early age, she joined New Liberty Baptist Church, Clarksville, VA. While living in Arlington, she worshiped at Oakland Baptist Church in Alexandria, VA, where she served on the hospitality ministry and as an usher.  She was a former employee of Home Goods and Target Stores, Inc. as a retail sales clerk. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, James Thomas Henderson. Cherishing her memories are one son, James Alan Ogburn of San Diego, CA; five sisters, Maggie Reed of Arlington, VA, Shirley Jones (Elton) of Clarksville, VA, Katherine Tucker of Newark, NJ, Geneva Hunt of Franklin, VA and Barbara A. Johnson of Boydton, VA; two brothers, Edward Henderson of Boydton, VA and Bernard Henderson of Dale City, VA and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. Funeral services for Ms. Mary Louise Henderson will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Sunday, December 22, 2013 at the chapel of C. H. Harris Funeral Home, Buffalo Junction, VA with Rev. Earl Terry, officiating.  Burial will follow in the Cedar Grove Baptist Church #2 Cemetery, Clarksville, VA. Public viewing for family and friends will be held on Saturday from 10:00 A.M.  until 6:00 P.M. Arrangements are by C.H. Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service.  Services 2:00 P.M.
