Mr. Lamar Hall, 67, of Clarksville, VA entered eternal rest on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at VCU Medical Center, Richmond, VA.
Mr. Hall was born in Cleveland, OH on March 6, 1955, to the late Ella Mae Hall and Ernest McNeil. He was a graduate of East Technical High School in Cleveland, after which he enlisted in the United States Army where he served for twelve years. Mr. Hall was employed with the US Government, working at the Pentagon for twenty-eight years. He was a member of White Oak Fork Baptist Church, and in his leisure, Lamar enjoyed bowling, traveling and watching movies with his wife.
Left to cherish precious memories are his devoted wife, Della Darden Hall of Clarksville, VA; two children, Jessica Hall of England and Shaun Hall of Colorado; two step-children: Daneesha Coe (Lamont) of Richmond, VA and Anthony Daniel of Portsmouth, VA; a sister, Yolanda Harris of Cleveland, OH; brother-in-law, Bobby Darden; three sisters-in-law, Peggy Jiggetts (Horace), Marie Lyons and Norma Darden, and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends.
Funeral services for Mr. Lamar Hall will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Thursday, December 8, 2022 at White Oak Fork Baptist Church, Virgilina, VA with Rev. Glenn Faulkner, officiating. Burial with Military Honors will follow in the church cemetery. Public viewing for family and friends will be held on Wednesday from 2:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M.
