Kindel W. Moody

.Mr. Kindel W. Moody, 88, of Richmond, VA and formally of Red Oak, VA entered eternal rest Oct. 25, 2006 at Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Hospital, Richmond VA. Mr. Moody was born in Charlotte County, VA to the late Richard and Emma Vaden Moody. He attended the schools of Charlotte County, VA and later received his Degree in Agriculture from West Virginia State University, WV.   He retired from Evans Steel Company and was a part-time machinist with Chris & Shaffer.  He was a member of St. Level Baptist Church, Clarksville, VA, and an Army veteran.    He was preceded in death by a daughter, one brother, one sister, a grandson and a great-grandson.Cherishing his memories is his wife, Jacqueline Moody of Rand, WV, one daughter Carolyn Smith (Marvin)  of Cross Lanes, WV, one brother Driscol Moody (Laura) of Richmond, VA,  five grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends.   Funeral services for Mr. Kindle W. Moody will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Saturday, October 28, 2006 at St. Level Baptist Church, Clarksville, VA with Rev. Toney Smith, officiating. Burial with Masonic rites will follow in the Moody Family Cemetery, Red Oak, VA. Arrangements are by C.H. Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 216 4th St,  Clarksville, VA.
