Ju Jue Green

Miss Ju Jue Green, 95 of Chase City, Virginia entered eternal rest Friday, July 18, 2008 at Community Memorial Healthcenter, South Hill, VA.  Miss Green was born in Mecklenburg County, VA February 2, 1913 to the late George and Hattie Puryear Green.  She attended School in Mecklenburg County, VA. She was a member of Silone Baptist Church, Chase City, VA where she was a faithful member of the choir and the Missionary.  Miss Green was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother.  Cherishing her memories is a devoted cousin Edward Puryear (Mary) of Chase City, VA and a host of nieces, nephews and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends.  Funeral services for Miss Ju Jue Green will be conducted 12:00 Noon Thursday, July, 25, 2008 at Silone Baptist Church, Chase City, VA with Rev. Melvin J. Palmer, officiating. Burial will follow in Rocky Mount Baptist Church Cemetery, Skipwith, VA.  Arrangements are by Giles-Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1304 North Main Street, Chase City, VA.
