John Nathan Moore

Mr. John Nathan Moore, 65, of Boydton, VA entered eternal rest Saturday, May 20, 2006 at Community Memorial Healthcenter, South Hill, VA. Mr. Moore was born in Mecklenburg County, VA March 28, 1941 to the late John Sr. and Luezllie Lee Moore. He was a member of New Hope Baptist Church, Boydton, VA. Cherishing his memories are four sisters, Miamie Piercy of East Orange, NJ, Nancy Baskerville of Irvington, NJ, Minister Virgie Jeffers (Fell) of Boydton, VA, Minister Mable Payne (Donald) of Charlottesville, VA; two brothers, Clarence Moore (Thelma) of Boydton, VA and Robert Moore of Newark, NJ;  one brother-in-law, Delmon Oliver of Charlottesville, VA also surviving are eight aunts, five uncles and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. Funeral services for Mr. John Nathan Moore will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Thursday, May 25, 2006 at New Hope Baptist Church, Boydton, VA with Rev. Dwight Brooks, officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  Arrangements are by C.H. Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 216 4 th street, Clarksville, VA.
