Mr. Jeremy Kashif Mosley, “Scoot” 23 of Red Oak, VA entered eternal rest Friday, March 23, 2007 at Halifax Regional Hospital, South Boston, VA. Mr. Mosley was born in Halifax County, VA Dec. 1, 1983 to Audrey D. Mosley and Ronnie K. Pettus. He was a 2003 graduate of Randolph Henry High School, Charlotte Court House, VA. He was previously employed with DRS Group in Clarksville and later by Virginia Homes Manufacturing in Boydton, VA. He was a member of Salem Baptist Church, Red Oak, VA. Cherishing his memories is his mother, Audrey D. Mosley and companion Dennis Burwell; his father Ronnie K. Pettus and friend Arnette; two sons, Jahmay and Jontay and their mother Shatesha Moore; one sister, LaKeisha Mosley; half sister, Demetris Roberts and half brother, Maurice Roberts; his grandfather, Charlie Pettus, Sr.; two aunts, Mary Brooks and Pearl Wooden; two uncles, Leroy Pettus and Charlie Pettus, Jr.; great aunts Grace Davis, Helen Brandon, Dorothy Pettus, Annie Whithead, Lizzie Smithson, Virgie Sessions and Emily Brooks; great uncles, Alfred Pettus, Matthew and Jordan Pettus and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. Funeral services for Mr. Jeremy Kashif Mosley will be conducted 12:00 Noon Wednesday, March 28, 2007 at Salem Baptist Church, Red Oak, VA with Prophet Harry L. Williams, officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Arrangements are by Giles-Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1304 North Main Street, Chase City, VA.
