Jennie Eva Poole

Miss Jennie Eva Poole, 90, of Buffalo Junction, VA entered eternal rest Monday, May 30, 2011 at Meadowview Terrace, Clarksville, VA. Miss Poole was born in Buffalo Junction, VA March 1, 1921 to the late Peter and Alease Jones Poole, the youngest of five children. She received her education in Mecklenburg County Public Schools, and was a member of Cherry Hill Baptist Church, Buffalo Junction, VA where she was a member of the senior choir. Miss Poole was a homemaker. Miss Poole was preceded in death by her brothers, Braxton and Henderson Poole and her sisters, Arean Hall and Leola Day. Cherishing her memories are a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and a vast number of loving friends. Funeral services for Miss Jennie Eva Poole will be conducted 11 : 00 A.M. Saturday, June 4, 2011 at Cherry Hill Baptist Church, Buffalo Junction, VA with Rev. James W. Lester delivering the eulogy and Rev. Derrick W. Horton assisting. Burial will follow in St. Mark Baptist Church Cemetery, Buffalo Junction, VA.  Arrangements are by C.H. Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Clarksville, VA.
