Jannie C. Crawley

Mrs. Jannie C. Crawley, 103 of Keysville, VA entered eternal rest Monday, May 15, 2006 at her residence. Mrs. Crawley was bon in Halifax County, VA September 2, 1902 to the late Ella Clark. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Wylliesburg, VA and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband Silas Crawley, two sisters and one brother. Cherishing her memories are three daughters, Janie L. Crawley, Frances Tyler and Betty Crawley all of Keysville, VA nine grandchildren and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. Funeral services for Mrs. Jannie C. Crawley will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Saturday, May 20, at First Baptist Church, Wylliesburg, VA with Rev. Opie Terrell, officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 7 until 8 P.M. at Giles-Harris Funeral Home, Chase City, VA.  Arrangements are by Giles-Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1304 North Main Street, Chase City, VA.
