James E-Ralph Alexander, Sr.

Mr. James E-Ralph Alexander Sr., 66 of Boydton, VA entered eternal rest Monday, October 5, 2015 at The Hundley Center, South Hill, VA. Mr. Alexander was born in Phyllis, VA, May 26, 1949 to the late Robert E.  Lee and Pattie Ray Alexander. He attended the schools of Mecklenburg County, VA and was a dedicated employee of Butler Lumber Company until his health began to fail. Mr. Alexander was a member of New Hope Baptist Church. Mr. Alexander was preceded in death by five brothers and one sister. Cherishing his memories are his wife, Pamela T. Alexander of South Hill, VA, four daughters, Angie Jeffers of Newark, NJ, Kimberly T. Taylor and Krystal L. Alexander both of Emporia, VA and Letitia Alexander of Columbia, SC, one son, James E-Ralph Alexander Jr. of South Hill, VA; nine grandchildren, one great-grandchild; four brothers, Edmond Alexander (Octavia) of Skipwith, VA, Herbert Alexander (Cynthia) of Dundas, VA, Steven Alexander of Boydton, VA and Elder Frank L. Alexander (Rochelle) of Charlottesville, VA; five sisters, Virginia A. Tucker of East Orange, NJ, Ardell McBee (Joe) of Clarksville, VA, Sarah Alexander, Emma Alexander and Rose Jones all of Boydton, VA, mother-in-law, Fannie L. Taylor of Dundas, VA, two sisters-in-law, six brothers-in-law and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. A memorial services for Mr. James E-Ralph Alexander will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Saturday, October 10, 2015 at New Hope Baptist Church, Boydton, VA with Elder Frank L. Alexander delivering the eulogy.
