Harold Augustus Wagstaff

Mr. Harold Augustus Wagstaff, 85, of Chase City, VA entered eternal rest Wednesday, March 15, 2006 at Community Memorial Healthcenter, South Hill, VA. Mr. Wagstaff was born in West Moreland, Jamaica Sept. 1, 1920 to the late Louis and Elizabeth Thompson Wagstaff. He was a retired brick mason. Cherishing his memories is his wife, Mrs. Katherine Wagstaff of Chase City, VA, five children; Iveth Wagstaff of London, England, Laurel Wagstaff of West Palm Beach, Fl Linda Thomas (Thomas) of Montigo Bay, Jamaica, Pauline Wagstaff of Whales and Gaston Wagstaff of Alberta, Canada; three step-children, Evelyn Lowe of Chase City, VA Andy Henderson of Brooklyn, NY and Lloyd Henderson of Coran, NJ;12 grandchildren, 13 step-grandchildren ,seven great-grandchildren, nine step-great grandchildren, two sons-in-law, two daughters-in-law, one sister-in-law, one brother-in-law and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. A memorial service for Mr. Harold A. Wagstaff will be conducted 3:00 P.M. Monday, March 20, at the chapel of Giles-Harris Funeral Home, Chase City, VA with Pastor Mike Dixon, officiating.
