Mr. Gloster Lee Pulliam, “LT” 72, of Arlington, VA entered eternal rest Sunday, January 31, 2021 at Cherrydale Health and Rehabilitation Center, Arlington, VA. Mr. Pulliam was born in Mecklenburg County, VA July 21, 1948 to the late Morton and Willie Nash Pulliam. He enjoyed watching the Baltimore Orioles, Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune, and talking on the phone. In addition to his parents, Mr. Pulliam was preceded in death by his brother, Charles and his sisters, Elnora, Gertrude, Josephine and Marion. Left to cherish precious memories are three daughters, Latisha White and Nacole White of Arlington, VA and Tamika Abbott of Stafford, VA; six grandchildren, five sisters, Annie Pulliam, Hazel Pulliam, Dorothy Pulliam and Jacqueline Pulliam all of Arlington, VA and Mary Frances Pulliam of Brooklyn, NY; four brothers, Morton Pulliam of Fairfax, VA, Willis Pulliam of Arlington, VA, Robert Pulliam of Kenbridge, VA and Elijah Shabazz of Chase City, VA; two sisters-in-law, and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. A graveside funeral service will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Saturday, February 6, 2021 at Saint Luke Baptist Church Cemetery, Skipwith, VA with Rev. Franklin Watson II, officiating. Public viewing will be held on Saturday from 11:00 AM until 1:30 PM at the funeral home. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a mask will be required for all viewings and services. We ask that you adhere to all guidelines, and practice social distancing. Arrangements are by C.H. Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Clarksville, VA.
