Gerald Alan Skipwith

Mr. Gerald Alan Skipwith, 63, of Clarksville, VA entered eternal rest on Monday, March 3, 2025 at his residence.

Mr. Skipwith was born in South Boston, VA on October 13, 1961 to Annie Fields Skipwith and the late James Skipwith. He attended Bluestone Senior High School and was a member of St. Level Baptist Church. Mr. Skipwith was previously employed by the Mecklenburg County Landfill. He enjoyed martial arts and lifting weights.

He leaves to cherish his loving memory his wife, Joyce G. Skipwith of Clarksville, VA; one son, L.T. Alan Hilliard (Dominique) of Lynchburg, VA; two stepsons, Donta Lambert of Clarksville, VA and James Lambert of South Hill, VA; one stepdaughter, Valerie Lambert of Clarksville, VA; one grandson; his mother, Annie Fields Skipwith of Chase City, VA; two brothers, Barry Skipwith of Salem, VA and Steven Skipwith of Chase City, VA, and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
