George Gamboa

Mr. George Gamboa, 67, of Clarksville, VA entered eternal rest on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at his residence. Mr. Gamboa was born in the Philippines on November 29, 1954 to the late Carlos and Maura Gamboa. He was a graduate of EB Magalona National High School, Philippines. Mr. Gamboa furthered his education, receiving his Bachelors of Science from Colegio de San Agustin. He attended Clarksville Baptist Church, and was formerly employed by the Town of Clarksville. Mr. Gamboa enjoyed singing. In addition to his parents, Mr. Gamboa was preceded in death by his siblings, Elsie Palmares and Jolly Gamboa. He leaves to cherish is loving memory his wife, Leah Ruth Nicolas-Gamboa of Clarksville, VA; four sons, Geocarl Gamboa, George Paolo Gamboa both of Qatar and Joshua Gamboa, Jethro Gamboa both of the Philippines; five grandchildren; two brothers, Reynaldo Gamboa and Carmarlo Gamboa both of the Philippines; three sisters, Marjorie Palmares and Nenita Canillas both of the Philippines and Sally Andaya of Arlington, TX, and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. Services for Mr. George Gamboa were held 3:00 P.M. Monday, December 20, 2021 in the chapel of C. H. Harris Funeral Home, Clarksville, VA with Rev. Dr. Greg Randall delivering the word. Arrangements are by C. H. Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Clarksville, VA.
