Ms. Faye Patricia Coleman, 69, of N. Chesterfield, VA entered eternal rest on Saturday, January 4, 2025 at CJW Chippenham Medical Center, Richmond, VA.
Ms. Coleman was born in Chase City, VA on October 31, 1955 to the late James and Marine Odoms Coleman. She was a graduate of Bluestone Senior High School in Skipwith and furthered her education at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College where she earned her associates degree. Ms. Coleman was a retired postal clerk for the United States Postal Service.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Ella Jean Coleman and Lela Ann Coleman; and one brother, Larry Coleman.
Cherishing her loving memory are two sons, Michael Coleman of N. Chesterfield, VA and Jevon Clanton of Henrico, VA; three grandchildren; two brothers, James Coleman, Jr. of Richmond, VA and Ronnie Coleman of Chase City, VA; three sisters, Theresa Coleman Davis of Richmond, VA, Linda Coleman Starkes of Chesterfield, VA and Shirley Coleman Richardson (Willie) of Baltimore, MD, one brother-in-law, and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends.
Funeral services for Ms. Faye Patricia Coleman will be conducted 12:00 Noon, Thursday, January 16, 2025 at the chapel of Giles-Harris Funeral Home in Chase City, VA with Rev. Linda Goode, officiating. Burial will follow in Thyne Memorial Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Chase City, VA. Public viewing for family and friends will begin on Thursday from 11:00 A.M. until 11:45 A.M.
