Mrs. Etta Mae Ellis, 74, of Clarksville, VA entered eternal rest Monday, January 23 at her residence. Mrs. Ellis was born in Clarksville, VA December 28, 1932 to the late Edward and Janie Mae Cole Ward. She attended West End High school. She was preceded in death by her son Bernard Ellis, Jr. Cherishing her memories are her husband Bernard Ellis, Sr. of Ft. Pierce, FL, Greg Cole of Clarksville, four grandchildren, three great grandchildren, one uncle, Samuel Cole (Inez) of Clarksville, VA, one sister-in-law, Edna Smith and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. Funeral services for Mrs. Etta Mae Ellis will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, January 28 at C.H. Harris Funeral Home in Clarksville, VA with Rev. James W. Lester, officiating.
