Erma Fuller Richardson

Mrs. Erma Fuller Richardson 64, of Spring Valley, NY and formerly of Buffalo Junction, VA entered eternal rest Thursday, March 19, 2009 at The Summit Park Hospital, Pomona, NY. Mrs. Richardson was born to the late Howard and Anna Fuller in Buffalo Junction, VA November 16, 1943. She was educated in The Mecklenburg County Public School System was a member of The First Baptist Church, and a member of The Senior Choir until her health began to fail. Mrs. Richardson was employed and retired from American Tack, Monsey, New York. She met and married her late husband, Roy Richardson in 1967. Unto this union, two children were born. Erma and her husband later relocated to Flushing, New York and then to Spring Valley, NY.  She was predeceased by her husband Roy, daughter Renee, her father Howard, two brothers Jordan and George. Cherishing her memories are one son, Howard Cornell Richardson of Spring Valley, NY; her mother, Anna Fuller of Buffalo Junction, VA.; two sisters, Thelma McCray of Spring Valley, NY and Ollie Fuller of Buffalo Junction, Va.; two brothers, Charlie and Larry Fuller of Buffalo Junction, VA; three sisters-in-law; a long time loving and devoted friend Gregory Shepherd of Spring Valley NY; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral services for Mrs. Erma Fuller Richardson will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Saturday, April 4, 2009 at Cherry Hill Baptist Church, Buffalo Junction, VA with Rev. H. F. Peace, officiating. Burial will follow in the Fuller family Cemetery, Buffalo Junction, VA. Arrangements are by C.H. Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 216 4th St. Clarksville, VA.
