Mr. Dorsey Rondell Canada, 23, of Chase City, VA entered eternal rest Sunday, February 19, 2006 at a result of an automobile accident. Mr. Canada was born in Halifax County, VA July 21, 1982 to Cornell Whitehead and Gwen Canada Brooks Mr. Canada is survived by his parents Cornell Whitehead of Red Oak, VA and Gwen Brooks of Chase City, VA.; four sisters, Demetrius Canada of Chase City, VA Victoria Brooks of Wylliesburg, VA, Valerie Pickett and Shawnee Gooden of VA; four brothers, Steven Canada of Chase City, VA, Antowine Whitehead, Rashad Whitehead and Darwin Whitehead of VA; maternal grandmother, Ms. Mary Brooks of Chase City, VA three aunts, four uncles, devoted aunt Marcia Oliver, special friend Traci Henderson and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. Funeral services for Mr. Dorsey Rondell Canada will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Friday, February 24, at the chapel of Giles-Harris Funeral Home, Chase City, VA with Rev. Barry Currin, officiating. Burial will follow in Rocky Branch Baptist Church Cemetery, Saxe, VA. Arrangements are by Giles-Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1304 north Main Street, Chase City, VA.
