Dorothy Harris Fuller

Mrs. Dorothy A. Harris Fuller, 84, of Chase City, VA entered eternal rest on Sunday, June 7, 2015 at Chase City Health and Rehab Center, Chase City, VA. Mrs. Fuller was born in Granville County, NC on September 22, 1930 to the late Graham and Ethel Ligon Harris.  She attended the schools of Mecklenburg County and was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Fuller, five brothers, William, Arthur, Clarence, Harvey and Graham, Jr and three sisters, Isabel Pettiford, Vernice Turner and Lucille Smith. Cherishing her memories are one godson, Ronnie Davis of Chase City, VA; four sisters-in-law, Ethel Harris of Skipwith, VA, Muriel Fuller of New York, Doris Fuller of Petersburg, VA and Mildred Fuller of Chase City, VA and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Funeral services for Mrs. Dorothy A. Harris Fuller will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Thursday, June 11, 2015 at the chapel of Giles-Harris Funeral Home, Chase City, VA with Rev. Willie L. Carter, Sr., officiating. Burial will follow in the Harris Family Cemetery, Skipwith, VA. Public viewing will be held on Thursday from 10:00 A.M. until service time.
