Doris Mae Fromal

Mrs. Doris Mae Fromal, 83, of Chase City, VA entered eternal rest on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 in Kenbridge, VA. Mrs. Fromal was born in Gasburg, VA on January 5, 1936 to the late Walter Edwards and Lorena Williams. She was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church in Chase City, VA, and a former sales clerk at Red Barn. In her spare time, she enjoyed word search puzzles, watching the news and reading the newspaper, cooking, and spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Fromal was preceded in death by two daughters, Wanda Lynch and Brenda Gail Evans; one son, Morris “Broman” Lynch; three brothers, Grady Edwards, Lynn Edwards and Jasper Edwards, and one grandson, Paul Lynch. Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Joseph Fromal of Chase City, VA; one daughter, Amanda Routt of Blackstone, VA; her grandchildren, Tiffany Lynch of Chase City, VA, Walter Lynch of Keysville, VA, Tylea Lynch of Kenbridge, VA, Robert Major (Abigail) of Amelia, VA, James Major (Kaitlyn) of Blackstone, VA, Samantha Watkins, Jacob Watkins and Shelby Watkins all of Blackstone, VA, Justin Taylor of Chase City, VA and Joshua Taylor of Roxboro, NC; great-grandchildren, Katie Lynch of Chase City, VA, Haley and Cannon Prue both of Kenbridge, VA, Lillian and William Major both of Amelia, VA and Avery Major of Blackstone, VA; sister-in-law, Rose Edwards of Littleton, NC; niece, Audrey Crosby of Gasburg, VA; devoted friends, Shirley Hutchins and Carolyn Coleman both of Chase City, VA, and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. A memorial service for Mrs. Doris Mae Fromal will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Saturday, April 20, 2019 at Centenary United Methodist Church, Chase City, VA with Rev. Larry A. Lehman officiating. Arrangements are by Giles-Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Chase City.
