Deloise C. Stewart

Mrs. Deloise C. Stewart, 84, of Clarksville, VA entered eternal rest Friday, January, 27, 2006 at her residence. Mrs. Stewart was born in Clarksville, VA July 29, 1921, to the late Willie and Helen Carter Logan. She was a member of New Liberty Baptist Church, Clarksville, VA and a homemaker. Mrs. Stewart was preceded in death by her husband, William T. Stewart, three sisters and one brother. Cherishing her memories are four children, Wanda S. Revis of Chase City, VA, Taft Stewart Jr., of Clarksville, VA, William H. Stewart, Danville, VA and Willie L. Stewart of Buffalo Junction, VA, 10 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, three sisters, Fannie Sue Jones of Lawrenceville, VA, Rosetta Tisdale of South Hill, VA and Minnie Ann Stewart of Boydton, VA; one son-in-law, two daughters-in-law and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. Funeral services for Mrs. Deloise C. Stewart will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, February 1, 2006 at the chapel of C.H. Harris Funeral Home, Clarksville, VA with Rev. Cornelius Ogburn, officiating. Burial will follow in New Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery, Clarksville, VA. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6 until 7 P.M. at C.H.
