Deborah Hope Wood Robertson

Mrs. Deborah Hope Wood Robertson, 65, of Richmond, VA entered eternal rest Friday, May 29, 2015 at her residence. Mrs. Robertson was born in Mecklenburg County, VA May 17, 1950 to the late Theotris and Hattie Wood. She was a 1968 graduate of West End High School, Skipwith, VA and a joined Concord Baptist Church at an early age. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Robertson was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Robertson; two brothers, Harry and Gene Wood; two sisters, Theresa Dale Harris and Rosa D. Mosley. Cherishing her memories are her companion, Charles Ensley, one son, Charles Robertson (Jasmine)and one daughter, Tiffany Robertson  all of Richmond, VA; three grandchildren, Amari Ensley, Tyi'Shaun Pearson and Charles Ensley.; three sisters, Lardeva Cameron and Diana Wood of Chase City, VA and Janice Christian (Matthew) of Richmond, VA; one brother, Larry Wood (Beatrice) of Newport News, VA; one brother-in-law, Calvin Mosley; one sister-in-law, Sadie Wood and a vast number  of other loving relatives and caring friends. Funeral services for Mrs. Deborah Hope Wood Robertson will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Friday, June 5, 2015 at Concord Baptist Church, Chase City, VA with Rev. Raleigh Bagley III, officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Public viewing for family and friends will be Thursday from 10:00 A.M. until 7:00 P.M. Arrangements are by Giles-Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Chase City, VA. Services 11:00 A.M.
