Darrin Darnell Hardy

Mr. Darrin Darnell Hardy, 52, of Skipwith, VA entered eternal rest on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at VCU Medical Center, Richmond, VA. Mr. Hardy was born in South Boston, VA on January 13, 1969 to Melvin Wilson Hardy and the late Mary Alice Wright Hardy. He was a 1987 graduate of Bluestone Senior High School in Skipwith, VA, and attended Rocky Mount Baptist Church. Mr. Hardy was a contractor who in his spare time enjoyed basketball, bowling, motorcycle riding and racing. He leaves to cherish his memory one daughter, Amyra Watson of Lunenburg, VA; his father, Melvin Wilson Hardy; two brothers, Karvin (Kip) Hardy, Sr. (Denise) of Richmond, VA and Wesley Hardy of Skipwith, VA; special uncle, Joseph Dailey of Skipwith, VA, and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. Public viewing for Mr. Darrin Darnell Hardy will be held on Sunday, July 11, 2021 from 2:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. at Giles-Harris Funeral Home, Chase City, VA. Arrangements are by Giles-Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Chase City, VA.
