Dakyah was born in Richmond, VA April 5, 2009.   Cherishing her memories are her parents Charlinda Y. Williams of Boydton, VA and Dameon L. Washington of Oxford, NC.; her brothers, Dahk of Boydton, VA, and Dameion of Henderson, NC; one sister, DyKaisha of Henderson, NC; maternal grandmother, Linda Williams of Boydton, VA; paternal grandparents Davis and Louise Bumpass of Oxford, NC; maternal great-grandmothers Rhoena Brown of Chase City, VA and Beatrice Williams of Boydton, VA; paternal great-grandmother Isabelle Bumpass of Oxford, NC and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. A graveside funeral service will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, July 7, 2009 at Lone Oak Baptist Church Cemetery, Chase City, VA with Evangelist Shirley G. Williams, officiating. Arrangements are by Giles-Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1304 North Main St., Chase City, VA.
