Conway Henry Crutchfield

Mr. Conway Henry Crutchfield, 61, of Clarksville, VA entered eternal rest on Monday, November 9, 2020 at Hospice of the Piedmont, Charlottesville, VA. Mr. Crutchfield was born in Mecklenburg County, VA on July 7, 1959 to the late Hoover Day and Mamie Small Crutchfield. He was a graduate of Bluestone Senior High School in Skipwith, and a former welder for Adams Tank Company. Mr. Crutchfield enjoyed attending the races at the racetrack. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Reshina Crutchfield, Willie Grace Small Nelson and Delphine Clay. He leaves to cherish his memories two goddaughters, Kim Lambert and Laura Small; two god-grandchildren, Ashante and Alize Lambert; two nieces, Danana and Vandelisa Clay; three nephews, Jerome Crutchfield, Robert and William Clay; numerous great nieces and nephews; devoted friends, Homer Dailey, Henry Snead and Callie Clark, and a host of other loving relatives and caring friends. No services are planned. Arrangements are by C. H. Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Clarksville, VA.
