Charles Victor Wardrick

Mr. Charles Victor Wardrick (Ben), 51, of Bremerton, WA and formerly of Boydton, VA entered eternal rest on Sunday, May 21, 2017 at his residence. Mr. Wardrick was born in Mecklenburg County, VA on February 27, 1966 to the late Elbert and Louise Perry Wardrick. At an early age, he joined Lone Oak Baptist Church, Chase City, VA and was a graduate of Bluestone Senior High School, Skipwith, VA. Mr. Wardrick was a veteran of the United States Navy. In addition to his parents, Mr. Wardrick was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister. He leaves to cherish his loving memories three sisters, Anna Deans (Robert) of Nashville, NC, Priscilla Poles (Michael) of Richmond, VA, and his twin sister, Esther Wardrick of South Hill, VA; two brothers, Clyde Wardrick and Carlton Wardrick (Deborah) both of La Crosse, VA, three uncles, four aunts, and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. Funeral services for Mr. Charles Victor Wardrick will be conducted 1:00 P.M., Saturday, May 27, 2017 at the chapel of Giles-Harris Funeral Home, Chase City, VA with Rev. Dr. Freddie L. Terry, Jr. officiating. Interment with military honors will follow in Easters Cemetery, Boydton, VA. Public viewing will begin on Saturday from 10:00 A.M. until service time. Arrangements are by Giles-Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Chase City, VA.
