Charles E. Robertson

Mr. Charles Edward Robertson, 54, of Chase City, Virginia entered eternal rest Thursday, October 31, 2013 at his residence. Mr. Robertson was born in Richmond, VA October 28, 1959 to the late Charlie and Louise T. Robertson. He attended the schools of Mecklenburg County, VA and was a member of Rocky Mount Baptist Church, Skipwith, VA. He was an employee of Burlington Industries for over 18 years. Cherishing his memories are one daughter, Carlotta Clark of Chase City, VA; three grandchildren, Cierra Clark, Ja Quan White and Jada Rose all of Chase City, VA; one brother, Vincent Robertson; three devoted friends, Patricia Dodson, Archie Hayes and Mary Smith; three very devoted cousins, Tyrone Powell, Leon and Wayne Wilkins of Richmond, VA; and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. Funeral services for Mr. Charles E. Robertson will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Thursday, November 7, 2013 at the chapel of Giles-Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Chase City, VA with Minister Patricia Liggon, officiating. Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery.
