Carolyn E. Craddock

Mrs. Carolyn E. Craddock, 75, of Hampton, VA entered eternals rest on November 19, 2013 at Riverside Rehabilitation Center, Hampton, Virginia. Mrs. Craddock was born June 24, 1938 to the late Willie A. (Scud) and Lona J. Watts-Russell. She received her education in the Mecklenburg County Public Schools. Mrs. Craddock was preceded in death by her husband, Cleveland M. Craddock Sr.; two brothers, Russell Watts and George Russell, four sisters, Thelma McKinley, Catherine Smith, Mildred Smith Wilson and Elva Mayo. Cherishing her memories are two sons, Cleveland M. Craddock, Jr. (Jocelyn) and Steven J. Craddock both of Hampton, VA; three grandchildren, Brandon, Jessica and Christian; five great-grandchildren; three sisters, Alice Virginia Coaxum (Herman) of Chase City, VA, Mary Blanche Smith of Skipwith, VA and Lillian C. Brannan of Yonkers, NY; four sisters-in-law, one brother-in-law and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. Funeral services for Mrs. Carolyn E. Craddock will be conducted 1:00 P. M. Saturday, November 23, 2013 at the chapel of Giles-Harris Funeral Home with Rev. Willie L. Carter, Sr., officiating.  Burial will follow in Northview Baptist Church Cemetery, South Hill, VA. Arrangements are by Giles-Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service. Service 1:00 P. M.
