Bettie Hilliard Terry

Ms. Bettie Hilliard Terry, 43, of Buffalo Junction, VA entered eternal rest Saturday, November 30, 2013 in Clarksville, VA . Ms. Terry was born in Mecklenburg County, VA April 21, 1970 to John and Nannie Hilliard Smith.  She was a graduate of Halifax County High School and a member of St. John Baptist Church, Buffalo Junction, VA.  She was a former employee of Hardees and Russell Stover Candies, Clarksville, VA and was presently employed by Dollar General Distribution Center, South Boston, VA. She was preceded in death by her father, John Smith, and one son, Saterick Terry. Cherishing her memories are three children, Stephanie Watson (Travis), Justin W. Terry and Samantha N. Terry of Clarksville, VA; eight grandchildren; her mother, Nannie Hilliard Smith of Clarksville, VA; one sister, Diane V. Smith of Nelson, VA; one brother, Eric M. Smith of Clarksville, VA; six aunts, three uncles and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends.  Funeral services for Ms. Bettie Hilliard Terry will be conducted 1:00 P. M. Saturday, December 7, 2013 at St. John Baptist Church, Buffalo Junction, VA with Rev. Charles Sands, officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  Public viewing for family and friends will be Friday from 10:00 A.M. until 7:00 P.M.  Arrangements are by C. H. Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Clarksville, VA.  Service 1:00 P.M. Saturday, December 7, 2013 St. John Baptist Church Buffalo Junction, VA Burial Church Cemetery Public Viewing Friday 10 A.M. until 7 P.M.
