Be'Quallia Mae Bullock

Miss Be’Quallia Mae Bullock, 54, of Chase City, VA entered eternal rest on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at VCU Health Community Memorial Hospital, South Hill, VA.

Miss Bullock, affectionately known as Mae, was born in South Boston, VA on May 5, 1968 to the late William Edward and Bessie Mae Moore. She received her education in the public schools of Mecklenburg County, VA, and attended Greater Union Baptist Church in Chase City, VA. She later relocated to Richmond, then to Newport News, VA where she worked as a CNA. Mae was loved by all, and loved spending time with her granddaughter.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Jennette Anderson and Ruth and William Moore; one nephew, seven uncles and seven aunts.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory her son, Rashawn Bullock; granddaughter, Za’Naiyia Bullock; brother, Patrick Moore (Cassandra), sister, Lesia Daniel (Clyde); two aunts, Mildred Fuller and Rita Bullock; uncle, Leroy Bullock (Phyllis), a host of loving nieces and nephews, and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends.

Funeral services for Miss Be’Quallia Mae Bullock will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Sunday, March 5, 2023 at the chapel of Giles-Harris Funeral Home, Chase City, VA. Interment will be private. Public viewing will begin on Sunday from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 P.M.
