Audrey Coleman Anderson

Ms. Audrey Coleman Anderson, 62, of Chesterfield, VA entered eternal rest Monday April 8, 2013 at Chippenham Medical Center Richmond, VA Ms. Anderson was born in Chase City, VA August 31, 1950 to the late Willie L. and Mary J. Rainey Coleman. She attended the schools of Mecklenburg County, VA, was a 1972 graduate of Elmhurst College Elmhurst, IL receiving a Bachelor of Science in Geography; 1974 graduate of University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA receiving Master of Planning (Land Use); Comprehensive Health Planning Certificate, and a Graduate of the University of Richmond receiving a Post-Graduate Urban Planning Information Certificate. She was a member of New Canaan International Church, Richmond, VA and was affiliated with the American Association of Christian Counselors. She was a retired urban planner for Henrico County. Cherishing her memories are two sons, Earl E. Anderson of Arlington, VA and Collin G. Anderson of Anchorage, AL; two sisters, Loretta C. Whitaker (James) of Fayetteville, NC and Mary W. Coleman of Richmond, VA; two brothers Theeir L. Coleman (Kathy) of Richmond, VA and Rainer F. Coleman of Roanoke, VA; one niece, one great-niece, three nephews and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. Funeral services for Mrs. Audrey Coleman Anderson will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Saturday April 13, 2013 at the chapel of Giles-Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Chase City, VA with Elder Flora Cardwell officiating. Burial will follow in Thyne Memorial Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Chase City, VA. Arrangements are by Giles-Harris Funeral Home and Creamtion Service, Chase City, VA.     Services 11:00 A.M.
