Mrs. Antoinette W. Winfield, 79, of Danville, VA and formerly of Clarksville, VA entered eternal rest Sunday, October 28, 2007 at Danville Regional Medical Center, Danville, VA.Mrs. Winfield was born in Richmond, VA October 22, 1928 to the late Percy and Elizabeth Carter Wyatt. She was a member of Bread of Life Church in Danville, VA, where she was the coordinator of the Benevolent Society and a member of the Praise and Worship Team. Mrs. Winfield was retired from David’s Alterations as a tailor.She was preceded in death by her husband Russell Winfield, Sr.Cherishing her memories are a daughter, Pastor Gloria Nelson and husband, Daniel of Clarksville, VA; devoted caregiver, Lashona Scott and a devoted friend Michael Holloway both of Danville, VA; a cousin Mildred Marbury of Ohio; two sisters-in-law, Doris W. Hester and Joan W. Overby both of Clarksville, VA and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends.Funeral services for Mrs. Antoinette W. Winfield will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Friday, November 2, 2007 at the Bread of Life Church, 1721 Mount View Road, Danville, VA with Dr. R.J. Lee, officiating.
