Mr. Anthony Ray Shores, 68, of Chase City, VA entered eternal rest on Sunday, December 22, 2024 at his residence.
Mr. Shores was born March 27, 1956 to the late Walter T. Shores and Hazel T. Shores. He was a former employee of Lewis Tree Service.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah Vaughn Shores; two sons, Kenny Ray Shores and infant Tommie Shores; and a nephew, Rodney Hall.
He is survived by his daughter, Jenny Nicole Shores (Cody Frances); sister, Diane Shores Hall Grady; nephews, Frank Derek Grady and Clint Thomas Shores; and a great-nephew, Nicholas Hall.
Services will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are by Giles-Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Chase City, VA.
